Blue Pearl
Blue Pearl is quarried near Larvik in southeastern Norway and is geologically larvikite, a coarse-grained monzonite roughly 280 million years old rather than a true granite. Its feldspar crystals produce a striking silver-blue iridescence (schiller) that shimmers as light moves across the polished surface. The 'pearl' name captures that lustrous, gem-like sheen. Stone reads differently in person — full slabs vary in movement and tone from any single swatch, so we'll pull the actual slab for you to see before anything is cut.
