Makalu Bay is a granite quarried in Brazil, a top source of warm-toned movement stone. This igneous rock of feldspar, quartz and mica blends beige, brown and golden hues with striking veining and softer accents. The name borrows from Makalu, a Himalayan peak, evoking dramatic, sweeping natural patterns. Stone reads differently in person — full slabs vary in movement and tone from any single swatch, so we'll pull the actual slab for you to see before anything is cut.
