Pitaya White is a granite quarried in Brazil, a leading source of clean white speckled stone. This igneous rock of quartz, feldspar and mica features a cool, pristine white background dotted with distinctive small black garnet specks. The name borrows from the pitaya (dragon fruit), evoking the speckled flesh of the fruit against its pale ground.
