Santa Cecilia LC
Santa Cecilia is one of the best-known Brazilian gold granites, quarried in Brazil (often cited in the São Paulo / Minas Gerais region). Geologically a medium-to-coarse-grained gneiss/granite of the Precambrian period containing garnet and sillimanite, it shows a beige-to-gold background with burgundy, gold and dark-grey veins. Named for Saint Cecilia, it is a long-standing staple of the gold-granite market. Stone reads differently in person — full slabs vary in movement and tone from any single swatch, so we'll pull the actual slab for you to see before anything is cut.
