White Alpha is a Brazilian granite, processed by major exporters such as Granitos, with a soft white background scattered with contrasting light and dark gray specks. As an igneous rock its clean, speckled look comes from black mica and gray minerals set in a white quartz-feldspar base. The name markets a crisp, primary ('alpha') white; note it is distinct from a separate India-sourced 'Alpha White.'
