Brand & Client Experience Coordinator

Full-Time · Maple Grove, Minnesota · Evergreen Opportunity

The Opportunity

Mill & Mason is always interested in meeting exceptional people who can elevate both our clients' experience and our growing brand. We are not filling an immediate vacancy, but we welcome introductions from outstanding candidates with the right combination of administrative talent, creativity, professionalism, and industry experience.

The Brand & Client Experience Coordinator would serve as a welcoming first point of contact for Mill & Mason while helping keep our office, communications, and marketing efforts organized and polished. This is much more than a traditional receptionist position. We're looking for someone who can create an exceptional client experience, confidently manage administrative responsibilities, and bring the Mill & Mason brand to life across social media and other marketing channels.

This is a full-time, showroom-based position at our Maple Grove location. The role also requires regular local travel to project sites, fabrication and installation activities, and other locations to photograph and film the day-to-day work behind the Mill & Mason brand.

The ideal candidate is warm, capable, detail-oriented, and resourceful. You know how to make people feel welcome, communicate professionally, anticipate what needs to happen next, and turn ideas into finished work.

What You Would Do

  • Welcome clients, builders, designers, vendors, and other showroom visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate appointments, showroom visits, and internal schedules
  • Maintain organized client records, documents, and office systems
  • Assist with proposals, correspondence, data entry, and project paperwork
  • Support the sales and production teams with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar
  • Photograph and film projects, materials, installations, and behind-the-scenes activities
  • Visit local jobsites and other Mill & Mason work locations to capture authentic content
  • Create, edit, and schedule engaging photo and video content
  • Help maintain a consistent Mill & Mason voice and visual identity
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond appropriately
  • Assist with website updates, email marketing, customer reviews, and promotional materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen the brand

The All-Star We'd Love to Meet

  • Experienced in office administration, reception, client service, or a similar role
  • Skilled in social media strategy, content creation, and account management
  • Comfortable photographing, filming, and editing short-form video content
  • An excellent writer and confident verbal communicator
  • Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing follow-through
  • Professional, personable, and calm under pressure
  • Proficient with common office, scheduling, and digital communication tools
  • Able to take initiative and work independently
  • Comfortable visiting active jobsites and working around construction activities
  • Able to travel locally as part of the regular workday
  • Genuinely interested in design, craftsmanship, homebuilding, or remodeling

A Strong Advantage

Experience in countertops, cabinetry, interior design, construction, homebuilding, remodeling, or another design-related trade would be especially valuable. Photography, graphic design, video production, or digital marketing experience would be a strong advantage.

Introduce Yourself

If this sounds like the kind of opportunity you've been waiting for, we'd be glad to hear from you. Send us your résumé, a brief introduction, and links or samples showing your social media, photography, video, writing, design, or marketing work.

Builder Partnerships & Project Sales Manager

Full-Time · Maple Grove, Minnesota · Local Travel Required · Evergreen Opportunity

The Opportunity

Mill & Mason is always interested in connecting with accomplished sales professionals who understand the homebuilding and remodeling industries. We are not filling an immediate vacancy, but we welcome introductions from proven relationship builders who could help expand our builder, remodeler, and designer partnerships when the right opportunity arises.

The Builder Partnerships & Project Sales Manager would develop lasting relationships with new-home builders, remodeling contractors, designers, and other industry professionals. This person would represent Mill & Mason from the first introduction through project completion — earning trust, identifying opportunities, coordinating details, and making sure every project reflects the quality of our work.

This is a full-time position based at Mill & Mason's Maple Grove headquarters. Daily local travel is an essential part of the role, including regular visits to builders', remodelers', and designers' offices, as well as jobsites, networking events, and other partner locations throughout the market.

We're looking for more than someone who can close a sale. The ideal candidate can build a network, understand construction schedules, communicate with multiple stakeholders, and manage a portfolio of projects with accuracy and urgency. You combine the instincts of a business developer with the discipline of an account and project manager.

What You Would Do

  • Identify and pursue relationships with homebuilders, remodeling contractors, designers, and other trade partners
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified builder and contractor opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct in-person visits with prospective and existing partners
  • Introduce partners to Mill & Mason's capabilities, materials, service, and craftsmanship
  • Learn each partner's business and become a trusted resource for countertop projects
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, selections, and project documentation
  • Coordinate measurements, material selections, approvals, fabrication, and installation
  • Manage multiple projects and accounts from initial conversation through completion
  • Communicate timelines, requirements, changes, and next steps clearly
  • Collaborate with clients, builders, designers, vendors, installers, and internal teams
  • Track opportunities, follow-ups, project activity, and account performance
  • Resolve concerns professionally and protect long-term client relationships
  • Represent Mill & Mason at industry events, association meetings, and community activities
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for new services, products, and partnerships

The All-Star We'd Love to Meet

  • A proven business-development or sales professional with strong industry relationships
  • Experienced in countertops, stone, cabinetry, flooring, building materials, homebuilding, remodeling, or a related field
  • Able to demonstrate success winning and growing builder, remodeler, or designer accounts
  • Knowledgeable about residential construction processes, schedules, plans, and terminology
  • Skilled at consultative selling, estimating, negotiation, and account management
  • Exceptional at follow-through, organization, and managing project details
  • Confident meeting decision-makers and developing relationships from the ground up
  • Comfortable balancing sales goals with operational realities and client expectations
  • Self-directed, accountable, and motivated by long-term results
  • An excellent communicator who handles challenges with professionalism
  • Comfortable traveling locally throughout the workday

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means creating partnerships — not simply completing transactions. You would earn repeat business by being responsive, knowledgeable, accurate, and easy to work with. Over time, your partners would view Mill & Mason as an essential part of their team and confidently bring us into project after project.

An established network among builders, remodelers, designers, architects, or developers would be highly valued. Experience reading plans, performing takeoffs, using CRM or estimating software, and managing construction-related projects would be a strong advantage.

Introduce Yourself

If you have the relationships, industry knowledge, and drive to help build something exceptional, we'd like to hear from you. Send us your résumé and a brief introduction describing your relevant experience, professional network, and track record of developing builder, remodeler, or designer business.

This is an evergreen opportunity rather than an immediate vacancy. Submissions will be considered as business needs and exceptional opportunities arise. Benefits are subject to plan terms and eligibility.
