Fusion

Fusion is a Brazilian quartzite carried by MSI, quarried in Brazil and known for a dramatic blend of deep bluish-grays, creams, and rust hues. Geologically it is a quartzite, formed when quartz-rich sandstone recrystallized under heat and pressure into a dense, hard stone with excellent scratch and etch resistance, surpassing granite. The name 'Fusion' refers to the way its many colors appear melded or fused together across the slab. Stone reads differently in person — full slabs vary in movement and tone from any single swatch, so we'll pull the actual slab for you to see before anything is cut.
