Blue Roma

Blue Roma is a Brazilian quartzite distributed in the US by MSI, mined in Brazil and featuring a deep blue background accented by striking copper veins. Like all quartzite, it originated as a quartz-rich sandstone that recrystallized under intense heat and pressure into an extremely hard stone that resists scratching and etching far better than granite. The 'Roma' name is an evocative nod to Italian elegance rather than a place of origin, paired with 'Blue' for its signature color.
